Last update August 2025We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Aiyari fonts across print and digital media, including Print, Social Media, Websites, EPUB, Logos, Applications, Games, Video, Broadcast, and Corporate uses. Fonts are licensed, not sold. Ownership of the typeface remains with Aiyari Studio.

Tier Details
Starter License
For up to 2 users. Create digital and printed materials (t-shirts, flyers, invitations, packaging) up to 1,000 physical end products. Includes 1 self-hosted website (up to 25,000 monthly pageviews), 1 social media account, and 1 brand logo (no trademark registration). Fonts are delivered in OTF and WOFF2. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or modification of font files is prohibited. Trademark use requires an upgrade.
Studio License
For up to 5 users within one organization. Create up to 20,000 physical end products. Includes up to 3 self-hosted websites (max 100,000 monthly pageviews each), 3 social media brand accounts, and 3 brand logos (trademark permitted). Embed in 2 digital publications; allow paid ads up to 500,000 impressions and broadcast up to 250,000 viewers. Covers 1 app/game up to 100,000 downloads. Fonts in OTF/WOFF2. Redistribution and file sharing prohibited.
Corporate License
For up to 15 users. Create up to 100,000 physical end products. Use across unlimited self-hosted websites with 500,000 combined monthly pageviews. Unlimited social accounts, up to 5 brand logos (trademark permitted), and embedding in 5 electronic publications. Paid ads up to 2,000,000 impressions, broadcast up to 1,000,000 viewers, and 3 apps/games with 300,000 total downloads. Includes OTF/WOFF2.
Enterprise License (Adjustable Base)
For up to 30 users with premium coverage: 500,000 end products, 5,000,000 combined monthly pageviews, unlimited social accounts, unlimited logos (trademark permitted), unlimited electronic publication embedding, up to 10 apps/games with 1,000,000 total downloads, 10,000,000 ad impressions, and 5,000,000 broadcast viewers. Delivered in OTF/WOFF2. Expand anytime via Enterprise Add-Ons.

Add-On Extension Clause
Add-Ons extend specific usage rights of an existing Aiyari license. Each Add-On applies to one organization and inherits the same term, scope, and restrictions as the base license. Add-Ons are non-transferable and may not be shared with unlicensed users.
Trial License
This license agreement from Aiyari Studio grants permission for up to 2 users for testing and evaluation purposes only. It authorizes use in internal mockups, academic projects, personal previews, and non-commercial client presentations. Public release, commercial use, product sales, paid advertising, packaging, or publication in any form is strictly prohibited under this license. The font may not be used on websites, in social media posts, in logos intended for trademark registration, in streaming or broadcast content, or embedded in applications, games, or e-books for public distribution. Fonts are provided in OTF and/or WOFF2 formats with limited character support and may not be modified, resold, distributed, or publicly shared. For commercial or public use, users must upgrade to a paid license tier.
Restriction
- Convert, modify, rename, or create derivative font files.
- Resell, redistribute, upload fonts to public servers/marketplaces/repositories.
- Serve fonts so unlicensed users can access or download them (e.g., open CDN).
- Create alphabet/letterform products (sticker alphabets, embroidery fonts, stencils) for resale.
- Use fonts in NFT or AI training datasets without written consent.
- Share fonts with clients or third parties. Printers/contractors may use fonts only for your project and must delete them after.
The terms of this agreement apply to all uses of our fonts. By downloading, installing, and using our fonts from the Aiyari Studio website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. It is strictly prohibited to modify, resell, distribute, or sub-license our fonts to any third party. We provide you with a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our font software across multiple platforms and media. This includes Print, Social Media, Websites, Logos, E-Publications, Applications, Games, Servers, Videos, Broadcast, and Corporate purposes.
Licensing costs are determined by the total number of users or employees within your organization (or your client’s organization) and the intended scope of use, as defined by each license tier. Additional rights such as OEM, SaaS, Global, or Exclusive usage can be added through optional Add-Ons, available for every license.
