Last update August 2025When you buy an Aiyari font, you get a perpetual, one-time license no subscriptions. Your price is set by how many people will use the fonts (the people who install and handle the font files, not everyone who sees the output). Pick Standard for everyday design work, or Extended if you need trademark, app/game embedding, server hosting, or wide distribution. Film, TV, and streaming productions use a separate Film & Broadcast license, sold per production.
1. Definition
- Fonts → the font software files you purchase from Aiyari Studio.
- User → a named person who installs or handles the font files. The count of users sets your price band. People who only see the output (audience, viewers, website visitors) are not users.
- License Owner → the person or organization that owns this license. For Film & Broadcast, the License Owner is the production, not the studio or freelancer who buys it on the production's behalf.
2. What this license covers
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Fonts under the terms below. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the font files themselves.
3. Trial Font
A free, evaluation-only license to test an Aiyari font before you buy. You may install it for one user on up to two computers and use it for internal mockups, pitch decks, academic work, and private client previews. You may not publish it anywhere public (websites, social media, ads, video), use it in any paid or commercial work, register a trademark, embed it in apps, games, or e-books, or share the files outside your team. When you're ready to go live, upgrade to Standard, Extended, or a Film & Broadcast license.
4. Film & Broadcast License
A separate, per-production license for use of the Fonts in film, television, and streaming productions — including title sequences, on-screen graphics, and promotional materials tied to that production. The production is the License Owner, so the license travels with the production regardless of which studio or freelancer prepares the type. Contact for more information
5. Ownership of The License
The license is owned by the License Owner named at purchase. A freelancer or studio may buy a license on a client's behalf; in that case, the client is the License Owner and the license stays with them. This keeps the license valid even after a working relationship ends.
6. AI/NFT Prohibition
The Fonts may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop machine-learning or generative-AI models, and may not be minted, sold, or embedded as NFTs or other blockchain tokens.
7. Upgrades
If your user count grows into a higher band, or you need to move from Standard to Extended, pay the difference between your current license and the new one. Contact us to arrange it.
8. Term & Termination
The license is perpetual unless you breach these terms, in which case it terminates automatically. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Warranty & Liability
The fonts are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiyari Studio's total liability under this agreement is limited to the license fee paid, and Aiyari Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. (Confirm exact wording with counsel.)
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be handled exclusively in the District Court of Bandung (Pengadilan Negeri Bandung), Indonesia.
11. Restrictions
Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the font files.
Modify the fonts to circumvent license terms (basic personal modification for your own use is permitted; redistribution of modified fonts is not).
Exceed your purchased user band — buy an upgrade if your team grows (Section 11).

By downloading, installing, or using Aiyari fonts, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
Restriction
- Convert, modify, rename, or create derivative font files.
- Resell, redistribute, upload fonts to public servers/marketplaces/repositories.
- Serve fonts so unlicensed users can access or download them (e.g., open CDN).
- Create alphabet/letterform products (sticker alphabets, embroidery fonts, stencils) for resale.
- Use fonts in NFT or AI training datasets without written consent.
- Share fonts with clients or third parties. Printers/contractors may use fonts only for your project and must delete them after.
The terms of this agreement apply to all uses of our fonts. By downloading, installing, and using our fonts from the Aiyari Studio website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. It is strictly prohibited to modify, resell, distribute, or sub-license our fonts to any third party. We provide you with a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our font software across multiple platforms and media. This includes Print, Social Media, Websites, Logos, E-Publications, Applications, Games, Servers, Videos, Broadcast, and Corporate purposes.
Licensing costs are determined by the total number of users or employees within your organization (or your client’s organization) and the intended scope of use, as defined by each license tier. Additional rights such as OEM, SaaS, Global, or Exclusive usage can be added through optional Add-Ons, available for every license.
